Spaces are containers for projects in ProjectLab. Each Space has its own customizable workflow, allowing you to define the statuses that projects can move between. This can be as simple or complex as you need.

The main timeline view in ProjectLab shows the status history of all your projects, along with events (single-day occurrences) and tasks (multi-day activities). This gives you a comprehensive overview of your project progress and upcoming work.

Yes, in addition to the main timeline view, ProjectLab offers table views for events and tasks, allowing you to organize and view your project data in different formats.

There are no limits on the number of projects you can manage in ProjectLab.

Yes, you can invite up to 3 collaborators to each Space in ProjectLab on the free tier. Collaborators can view and edit all projects within the Space. If you need more collaborators, you can upgrade to the Basic or Pro plans.
